Organise a holding deposit

Find out who will be managing the property
Ensure any special conditions are agreed when placing an offer
Agree a moving in date
Always read the Tenancy Agreement and question anything that you are unsure of
Sullivan Thomas require cleared funds for the full amount and a signed contract back before we can release keys
If transferring money, ensure that it is done sufficiently in advance so that it is cleared into our account – allow for banks taking 4 -5 working days (not weekends) for this to happen.
