Sullivan Thomas "professional, friendly and efficient throughout the process."

We rented a property through Sullivan Thomas earlier this year and found them to be professional, friendly and efficient throughout the process. They we very keen to make sure we saw all the suitable properties they had for us rather that allowing us to settle on one of the first flats we looked at. Furthermore once we decided upon the property we wanted to rent they were very balanced in the rent negotiations between ourselves and the landlord. We have now been in the property for six months and while we have not needed to call on Sullivan Thomas very often they have been responsive with any issues we have raised and matters have been resolved quickly and with the minimum of fuss. They have even provided us with spare keys when we lost ours after a weekend away. All in all we can have no complaints about the service and would happily recommend them to others looking for property in the Wandsworth Common area.
